Hi! We're the Machlitts.
We grow American elderberries up north.
Popple Tree Creek Farms is our family farm in Clearbrook, Minnesota, at the edge of the northwoods. We grow American elderberry, then turn it into syrups, teas, honeys and more in our own kitchen.
This is Ben & Kori. Ben grows the berries and is a US Marine Combat Veteran. He runs the farm and works on the business and recipe development. Kori runs the back end: shipping & receiving, inventory management and our crew of helpers.
