This delicious concoction is naturally sweetened (no added sugar!), supports wellness, and captures the bounty of harvest time in every sip.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider (chilled)

  • 2 cups cranberry juice

  • 2 cups sparkling water (or sparkling apple cider for sweeter version)

  • ½ cup Popple Tree Creek Farms Elderberry Syrup

  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds

  • 1 apple, sliced thin

  • 1 cinnamon stick + whole cloves for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine chilled apple cider, cranberry juice, elderberry syrup and sparkling water.

  2. Float orange and apple slices on top; add cinnamon stick and a few cloves.

  3. Serve cold over ice.
