Recipe Ingredients
4 cups apple cider (chilled)
2 cups cranberry juice
2 cups sparkling water (or sparkling apple cider for sweeter version)
1 orange, sliced into rounds
1 apple, sliced thin
1 cinnamon stick + whole cloves for garnish
Preparation
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine chilled apple cider, cranberry juice, elderberry syrup and sparkling water.
Float orange and apple slices on top; add cinnamon stick and a few cloves.
Serve cold over ice.
