30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible, non-perishable items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging; in the same condition as when you received them; and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, email us at info@poppletreecreekfarms.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you: an RMA (Return Authorization Number), instructions on how and where to send your package, and a return shipping label if applicable.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods such as elderberry syrup, teas, infused honeys, gummies, or any food/beverage products once opened; custom or personalized items; personal care items (like whipped tallow balms) once opened; or gift cards and final-sale items. Unopened shelf-stable items may be returnable within 30 days. Please contact us to confirm eligibility.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (with RMA approval) and place a new order. We’ll process your refund once your return has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be notified by email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@poppletreecreekfarms.com.
Additional Details
Return address: Provided in your RMA email (please do not ship returns without authorization). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refused or undeliverable packages may have return shipping deducted from any refund. Popple Tree Creek Farms only ships and services customers within the United States.
